DONALD F. CULLINAN
When it comes to finding a firm to look after your legal needs, bigger is not always better. Donald F. Cullinan Law Offices is a small firm that delivers quality results. Originally founded in 1997 as Cullinan Moore by Donald Cullinan and his wife Tammy Moore, Don Cullinan provides trusted and strategic legal counsel and representation in a number of areas, including corporate law (small and medium size businesses), commercial and residential real estate, wills & trusts, estate planning, and litigation.
Don was born and raised in Saint John. After obtaining a Bachelor of Arts, with a major in political science from the University of New Brunswick (UNB) in Saint John in 1991, he completed his LLB at UNB in Fredericton in 1996. Shortly after being admitted to the Bar, he and Tammy opened their law office. While Tammy left in 2006 to teach full time at UNB Law School, Don Cullinan continues to operate with the same values and principles nurtured through a family firm. Guided by integrity and compassion, Don will find the best practical solutions to your legal challenges, with a highly personalized service that is attentive, responsive, discreet and sensitive. He’ll even do house calls! You can feel comfortable knowing that Don’s value for family extends to you and yours.
Don’s commitment and compassion to clients is also extended to helping improve the community he serves. He is an active member of several industry and community service associations, including the Saint John Y’s Men’s Club, the District Education Council for District 8, the Saint John Business Club, and the St. Joseph’s Hospital Advisory Board and recently concluded a term as a member of the Saint John Police Commission.
Don has taught business law at the New Brunswick Community College, Saint John Campus, for the past several years as well as an instructor for the Wills & Probate Bar component of the Bar Admission course. He is an elected member of the New Brunswick Law Society Council, the governing body of the legal profession in this province.
